United Shore

United Shore is a mortgage company located in Troy, Michigan. Moving from several locations to one location, the company had to create a workplace where they could both accommodate 1,200 employees and support their ideal driven culture. Their desire was to create a "neighborhood" theme throughout the space. This was achieved by creating several large public areas that echoed abstract themes of a neighborhood, such as a "park" in the top left image (2012, 10,000m²)
