A local credit union added a new service to their business - a 24-hour call center. This would mean that employees would be working shifts all through the day and night. They knew their traditional space could not support this new way of working, and that they had to transform their call center into an energetic environment that motivated the employees. This was done through utilizing a vibrant color scheme, locating a coffee hub with complimentary beverages, designing a "rotating" workstation configuration, and layering in creative graphics (2014).
