Direct Energie

Direct Energie, now known as TotalEnergies, is a leading company located in the bustling 15th arrondissement of Paris. As the company experienced exponential growth, they quickly realized that their current space was no longer able to meet their evolving needs and the new ways of working.

To address this challenge, we employed the Herman Miller Living Office methodology, which enabled us to take a holistic approach in identifying and understanding the various activities that the teams engage in, as well as the tools they require to perform at their best. Through a series of workshops and engagements with key stakeholders, we were able to create a tailored environment that fully supported the unique needs and requirements of the organization.

 

We approached the project with a focus on collaboration and transparency, working closely with Direct Energie to define their objectives and aspirations for the new space. We identified key factors that were critical to the success of the project, including employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall wellbeing.
