I’m Monique Pothoff, an independent consultant with a wealth of experience spanning both the United States and Europe. My diverse background of 18 years in workplace strategy, change management, and coaching has equipped me with a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics, human behavior, and the spaces that support them.

Drawing on my extensive education and certifications, including a Bachelor of Interior Architecture & Design, an MBA in International Business, and certifications in change management and professional coaching, I specialize in guiding both organizations and individuals through transformative journeys of growth and discovery. Whether crafting innovative workplace strategies or guiding individuals through a period of change, my mission is to empower others to excel.

I have had the pleasure of working with Monique for the last few months on a Paris New Office Location for DELL. During this time Monique and the AWA team have worked closely with me on development of a Visioning program that we presented to Senior Leadership and Individual contributor over a 4 day period in Mid June. I found Monique to be so knowledgeable and professional during these sessions. This in turn gave my Global Facilities team a greater understanding of the needs of our DELL Team members locally. This insight has now allowed my team to develop an exciting and ground breaking Concept layout that we will be presenting to DELL Global Leadership in the coming weeks. I would in conclusion like to again thank Monique for all her hard work and reiterate how professional and knowledgeable Monique has been throughout the process.
